As someone from Atlanta, this venue truly made me feel at home. It was warm and welcoming. My friend and I were the only two white guys there, and we had an incredible time! The ladies performing during karaoke night were absolutely phenomenal, with stunning voices. The drinks were tasty and fairly priced. I'm eager to return the next time I'm in town. If you find yourself in Dover, be sure to check out The BLVD—it's an experience you don't want to miss!
I had a private event hosted there and the service was up to par. The communication and the professionalism was excellent. Everyone went above and beyond to make the event a beautiful experience. Of course, the food was delicious.
Alot of fun! A great place to hear and see top notch Live Entertainment (i.e. The Burnsiders Reggae Band and Darchele and Co.). Delicious eats and tasty drinks. An amazing crew of associates who make you feel like you're one of the family. Cards and cash are accepted. There's plenty of Free on site parking and wheelchair accessible entrances and restrooms. If you're looking to have a good time with good folks, look no further. The Boulevard is it! Enjoy!
If you’re looking for a mature crowd, amazing food and a night of dancing, this is your spot. Chef Wawa smashed it with the food. Music was on point and the entire night was a vibe. I’ll take the trip to Dover any day for a night like this.

Very nice & friendly. The New zYear's Eve Partywas fun & i enjoyed playing with The Philly Destiny Band. Great food & service was very good. The staff greeted & made feel @ home; plus, they aim to please & served you with a smile.
I've been several times,and each time it was on point.The food,the staff just the entire vibe was amazing. I highly recommend this place. By far on the eastern shore when it comes to our culture it rates a 10 in my book.
Le Boulevard Bar & Grill was by far one of the best Caribbean restaurants I've been to. The service was excellent. The food was delicious & very well presented. Very clean & well lit place. The ambiance & atmosphere catered to my mood. I love this place.
